Dual and Quad Shaft Shredders
- VERTISA dual and quad shaft shredders are designed to efficiently shred medical waste as well as durable materials such as surgical stainless steel instruments and hard ceramics. The PLC-controlled “anti-blockage” mechanism automatically changes the rotation direction to prevent blade jamming.
- VERTISA shredders are powered by a planetary gearbox system with a high-performance electric motor. The thickness of the cutting discs ranges from 15.3 mm to 60 mm, allowing adjustments based on different waste types and desired output sizes. The output size can be easily modified using interchangeable screens.
- VERTISA’s R&D team develops comprehensive shredding solutions tailored to the waste management industry. These customized systems effectively process a wide range of waste materials, including paper, cardboard packaging, cardboard tubes, hard disks, electronic devices, CDs and DVDs, industrial and hazardous waste, radioactive materials, organic waste, steel barrels, and many more.
